A cherry red-coloured cava, offering an excellent formation of foam with fine and elegant bubbles which move continuously and form a persistent crown. Its aroma evokes ripe red fruits, mainly strawberries. It is pleasant on the palate, with well-integrated, fine and elegant fizziness. Balanced acidity. Full and persistent with a pleasant aftertaste. 


An ideal accompaniment to pasta and white meat. 

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC.
