A straw-coloured cava, offering an excellent formation of foam with fine and elegant bubbles which move continuously and form a persistent crown. Its aroma evokes pastries, chocolate and dried fruit. It is pleasant on the palate, with well-integrated, fine and elegant fizziness. Balanced acidity. Full and persistent with a pleasant aftertaste.
An ideal accompaniment to appetizers and seafood.
