An excellent formation of foam, with abundant bubbles. It has a straw yellow colour with hints of green. It has an intense aroma, evoking almonds and walnuts. It has a pleasing initial taste, and its fizziness combines well with its initial acidic taste and its subsequent sweet taste.
A good product for appetizers and desserts that are not overly sweet. Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC.
