TASTING NOTE
White wine with a slightly pale golden color with greenish reflections and very good density. The presence of persistent tears stands out. Very aromatic on the nose, with hints of ripe fruits, such as apricots and aromatic flowers such as jasmine and orange blossom. With a smooth and very balanced attack, good acidity and citric memories in the mouth. Long and pleasant aftertaste.
SERVING SUGGESTION
It was a very versatile wine due to its good acidity. Recommended for accompanying seafood cuisine prepared as rice and white fish. It also combines very well with market food of all kinds as well as Asian cuisine.
