The dinner includes dishes paired with selected wines from Finca Ca N’Estella, allowing you to discover the flavours of the harvest in the intimate setting of a boutique winery.
What does the harvest experience include?
- A welcome glass of Rabetllat i Vidal cava and an aperitif among the vineyards.
- A guided walk through the vineyards during the harvest season.
- A traditional grape-treading experience.
- Wine-paired dinner: green garden salad; bread with tomato and the estate’s extra virgin olive oil; slow-cooked beef barbecue prepared in the traditional a la llanera style in the winery courtyard, served with patata al caliu and chimichurri sauce; and yoghurt and chocolate sponge cake for dessert.
- Wine pairing with Finca Ca N’Estella wines and live music to round off the evening among the vineyards.
